Pro-Klean a family owned and well recognized Insurance Restoration Contractor based in North Haven, is looking to hire a dynamic Job Coordinator to join its amazing team.

As a Job Coordinator you will work as a liaison for the customer and our team. We’re seeking someone who is great on the phone and who is a serious multi-tasker. Our idea of the ultimate candidate is one who is proactive, is experienced, enjoys providing excellent customer service to both teammates and customers, and loves taking ownership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma,
  • 1-2 Years Office and or Customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a high paced environment.
  • Be comfortable in a demanding roll
  • On-Call Rotation
  • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours (O.T. when needed)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with ALL other staff.

Experience /Qualifications:

  • Experience in Mitigation/Reconstruction Industry
  • Insurance knowledge
  • Handling service calls or working for service company
  • Microsoft Excel experience required
  • Self-Motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Pass background check and drug testing
