Pro-Klean Cleaning and Restoration Services, Inc. a Family owned and well recognized Insurance Restoration Contractor is actively looking to hire a full time Mitigation Project Manager to join its amazing team.

As a Mitigation Project Manager, you will be communicating with adjusters while working with our cooridnators and techs to provide exceptional service and communication with our customers You will be coordinating all of the aspects of the Mitigation services for our Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Municipal customers. If you are someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, enjoys supervising others, and is a serious multi-tasker then this position may be right for you to join our Pro-Klean TEAM

Responsibilities

· Work with crews and insured to understand initial scope of work

· Ensure that the scope meets client requirements.

· Project Initiation

· Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.

· Recognize project constraints and/or additional scope.

· Work with Estimators to price bid items, if needed.

· On-Call Rotation 24/7 emergency response

· On site visit reviewing finalized project and or scope of work.

· Work with outside resources as necessary to complete scope of work.

· Communicate with insured and company all necessary updates.

· Deliver and Communicate with Estimator to assist in complete and accurate estimate.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 2 years of previous Mitigation Project Management.
  • Strong background in negotiation and conflict management.
  • Clear and professional communication-both written and verbal
  • Insurance claims experience is a plus.
  • Proficient use of Xactimate estimating software a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Project Manage multiple projects (15 plus)
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass background check
