Pro-Klean Cleaning and Restoration Services, Inc. a Family owned and well recognized Insurance Restoration Contractor is actively looking to hire a full time Large Loss Mitigation Project Manager to join its amazing team.

As a Large Loss Mitigation Project Manager, you will be working on complicated/larger losses in conjunction with our Crews and coordinators to ensure accuracy, excellence and maintain full communication with the customer and coordinators involving all aspects of the Mitigation services for our Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Municipal customers. If you are someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, enjoys supervising others, and is a serious multi-tasker on then this position may be right for you to join our Pro-Klean TEAM!

Responsibilities

· Work with crews and insured to understand initial scope of work

· Ensure that the scope meets client requirements.

· Project Execution

· Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.

· Recognize project constraints and/or additional scope.

· Work with Estimators to price bid items, if needed.

· On-Call Rotation 24/7 emergency response

· On site visit reviewing finalized project and or scope of work.

· Work with outside resources as necessary to complete scope of work.

· Communicate with insured and company all necessary updates.

· Deliver and Communicate with Estimator to assist in complete and accurate estimate.

Qualifications/Experience

• 2 years of previous Large Loss Mitigation Project Management.
• Strong background in negotiation and conflict management.
• Clear and professional communication-both written and verbal
• Insurance claims experience is a plus.
• Use of Xactimate estimating software a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to Project Manage Large Losses $100K plus
• Clean driving record
• Pass background check
