Pro-Klean Cleaning and Restoration Services, Inc. a Family owned and well recognized Insurance Restoration Contractor is actively looking to hire a full time Construction Estimator to join its amazing team.

As a Construction Estimator, you will be working in conjunction with the project manager and coordinators to ensure accuracy, excellence and maintain full communication with the customer and Insurance carrier involving all aspects of reconstruction services for our Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Municipal customers. If you have an eye for detail and are a good communicator then this position may be right for you to join our Pro-Klean TEAM!

Responsibilities

· Establish customer relationships for reconstruction services

· Educate customers on the construction process

· Work with customers to understand desired changes

· Ensure that estimates meet client requirements.

· Project Initiation

· Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project

· Create an accurate sketch and initial scope of work

· Deliver a consistent and well-defined initial estimate.

· Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades

· Work with Project Manager to price bid items, if needed.

· Project Planning

· Identify and document finalized project scope of work.

· Work with outside resources as necessary to complete accurate estimates (e.g. Structural Engineers, ITEL, Inspectors, etc.)

· Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates.

· Deliver and Communicate estimates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications/Experience

• 2 years of previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
• Strong background in negotiation and conflict management.
• Clear and professional communication-both written and verbal
• Insurance claims experience is a plus.
• 2 years proficient use of Xactimate estimating software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean driving record
